Does This Sound Familiar?
You know psychology affects your golf, but changing your mental game is not as simple as telling yourself to relax, stay positive or stop thinking.
Pressure changes how you playYou become tense, cautious or overly focused on the consequences of the shot when the round matters.
You overthink your techniqueYour attention becomes filled with swing thoughts, corrections and doubts, making it difficult to commit.
Mistakes stay with youOne poor shot affects your mood, decisions and attention over the following holes.
Confidence feels unpredictableYou play more freely when things are going well but struggle to trust your game when confidence drops.
These difficulties are common. With the right psychological approach, they do not have to control how you play.
